So we have a Placement and Rights Issue of 11million shares total split OS 7.7mil and Oz 3.3 Mil.

When looking at the Share Register of DYE published in it's Annual Report,The Figure Attributed to ANZ Custodial A/c is the Shares set aside for OS Holders trading thru the German DAX.Incidentally it also covers/includes Dave d'Billionaires Holding of approx Half HIS Total.

Does anyone have these figures right at their fingertips?or do ya want me to have go find them Again?

Anyway the Question is WHO overseas is IN the Placement?
Unfortunately Placements are Negative,A SP Downer if the shares are Placed with"Only Care About Short Term Gainers" aka Sophisticated Investors.

Anyone reading the DYE thread who don't know yet d'Definition Used for,The Authority handed to,Sophisticated Investors?

Anyhow,I wonder what the most up2date Info is on the BreakDown of the DYE Share Register between Australian Majority Holdings and the Side Issue of Overseas Investors.
