Your post appears to be contradicted by the evidence.

On 31 March, MQG released to the ASX an announcement detailing how senior staff will have more of their bonuses deferred rather than paid as cash. The bonuses are deferred as equity so better aligning staff and shareholder outcomes. So there is an increase in ownership through bonus, so your first point is wrong as is you second point.

If you refer to pages 98 and 99 of MQG annual report released today, you will see that bonuses paid to executives have been slashed. Total remuneration to all staff has also been slashed - down 44% per today's profit announcement. MQG made a profit of nearly $900m this year, not a loss. So your third point is incorrect.

Bonuses are covered by profits, so your fifth point is incorrect.

If you have evidence to support your assertions you may wish to provide it
