Hi Jarecki,
I asked Paul Tan about this a week or two ago and he advised me that LCT were focussing on obtaining better data from Russia before going to the FDA to conduct the more expensive trials in the USA. LCT were working closely with the Barbara Davis Centre to refine the proposed clinical program before approaching the FDA.
