looks like they bought back ~1 million shares... so well short of target / maximum...
Have to say though - won't buying shares reduce liquidty? and also think its a more worthwhile option when there is no / low debt and minimal suitable investments for cash.... right now though - I do not see it as the best allocation of cash reserves.
