Although in different markets but broadly in similar industry ,perhaps the recent (last week) Amcor result(positive with upgrade) has given room for optimism Also there has been current discussion of asset sales by PGH to reduce debt so I guess this has helped also.
As well there has been a rotation to value stocks in the past month from tech and PGH surely qualifies for that (at sub $2.50)
