Most likely rebalancing their exposure to Lithium. I don't know what else they hold but if they have a couple of the other biggies in their portfolio something has to give. Being US based and with the Biden administration pumping up the US investment I think they most likely held onto anything US based (e.g INR look at its movement) and cut a little bit of foreign investment making a decent profit on the way out
