I very rarely post, watching from the sidelines (very closely though) but I agree with your comments re a merger...one of my last posts mentioned this. I'm of the opinion that STX will make another offer ...so many reasons why one entity is vital for moving forward with what's on the table now...then we move to SE (which is firming more and more with each bit of new data), this will be WGO's only chance of being a part of the future entity.
Just an opinion...
