I don't see the point in all this speculation just because a few employees leave a company.
The company has submitted a draft for an IPO listing.
Whether it's successful or not will be largely dependent on the patient numbers they must reveal to have any chance.
Yes it's true that ultimately the company may be unsuccessful and runs out of money. The fact remains that the company has taken the necessary steps to attempt to list on the Nasdaq. Time will tell if it's successful. If it fails you can bash all you like but how about waiting until that time before whining over every little thing.
