as i have been saying this is to take smaller investors to the cleaners. market cap 300 mill come on. this will give them leverage to sell lol at a reasonable price. give them leverage to also raise capital with no effort at all. this is what i have been saying this is only a great by ay say 50 cents or such. gives a margin of safety and smaller players are not destroyed. let the managers actually deserve what they have........
