Following the arm business plan if one of our customers was to license the akida ip into their own chip that was going to be priced about the same as akida we would be looking at a 10-20 cent royalty per device they manage to sell.
For every akida chip we sell at $10 we could assume a $3 Profit hopefully??
So whilst we will likely be selling more units of IP it would beneficial for the company to be pushing the IC sales.
