Because there's quite a few of them and they expire in a week and a bit. If they are not exercised, they are lost. The SP peak was at .062 on October 12th and at that time we had about 10,000 cases shipped a month, right now we're doing 15,000 cases on the quietest month of the year. Cases shipped directly effects revenue.
Also we're on the cusp of multiple catalysts like the B2B in March and the full transfer of the acquisition customers across to Wine Depot. If the rate card really is 10% for B2B, you'd have rocks in your head if you're not switching across to take advantage. The market average is 35% and a company chops the market by 25%, some serious undercutting there and it sends a message to the market that DW8 is serious and ready to compete with the incumbents.
