I get that................but the 'new' company could be then laden with debt which causes dilution (of the free shares). What I'm really trying to ascertain is whether it would be better to remain as a single entity and the pitfalls of spinning it out. I cant understand how the market can place zero value on the lithium currently............ if so, then so be it. But sign an off-take agreement and then it wouldn't. Been here long enough to not want to go on another ride.......
