    How can you say a penny dreadful when revenue is increasing at a compound 40 - 60% month on month? The reason for the raising is to meet the costs of high growth, and at least they are waiting until they have a customer base before committing to the costs.

    Take a look in the history book of 1999 - 2001 and find me a startup telco that made any real revenue during their start up phase!
