i think its blatantly obvious that those entities that have entered the data room have expressed how their interest would take shape.
For eg "a separate entity" "not interested in the gold" etc.
Doc is responding to their requirements and willingness to invest/buy etc by taking this action.
so buyers are telling them this is where and how they see value, not as it currently lies.
