Im actually surprised a man with Ron Punch's credentials even ended up on the board...and his personal circumstances are very unfortunate, however for his own sake, it was a good decision to resign.
IMO anyone with any credibility left the company a long time ago.
Seriously, who are they trying to kid they are mining with $229k in the bank.....likely $100k now a month since 31/03/2009 has passed!
Get out if you can. This is a disaster
