You have to be careful with things running at discount to NTA though. After the GFC, a few struggling REIT's kept running at discounts, and eventually shut shop, or were taken over below NTA.
Either way, market hated the result and this thing will only rerate when we get back to normalcy, which will maybe be by mid next year on a hopeful timeline.
Not sure why our logistics portfolio income has crashed, compared to our office? Did they sell a few? You'd think warehousing would have been booming.
