    Suggest that comparison with SPG is valid but rather that looking at placement prices consider property fundamentals (inc. rent growth), Price / Stated NTA, Price / Cashflow, expected operating conditions and valuations in the primary markets (ie US for SPG and US / Australia for WDC).

    On this basis I expect WDC will be flat / down. I may be wrong.
