I understand the doc spoke briefly on the topic of a spin off company however it was this photo here off their website that was the writing on the wall for me.
As I’ve posted before, firefinch’s colour scheme is the same red the gold was coloured in. It’s not normal for a company to do that if they were to have multiple assets as it favours a particular asset to the company. I feel like this was a very obvious Easter egg laid
we were all happy yesterday, now we are doing hand stands. Bring on the gigantic debrief webinar tomorrow. I’m guessing a corporate update will drop tomorrow pre webinar which will help sum up this mass of information... similar to the way it dropped pre webinar last time to help simplify the Morila acquisition etc.
well done to the long term holders, been a hell of a ride and only just beginning. Well done to the new holders, we are all in for a ride.
side note, I’d be hoping the issue of shares would not 1:1 issue. 810m shares on the register is fine for Morila.
I would like to see the lithium offer a 1:5 say... 1:8 maybe?? Keep that registry small and gives room for people with new money to inject into the bank balance of the company.
I hold a fair amount of options, I’d like to know how that works as well, but no rush, there is so much to do before worrying about that.
