jermaynew, ROC holds bugger all interest in Mauritania or anywhere else of interest i reckon.
When HDR were around $1 some were selling HDR and buying ROC for the reason you give but look at the score board. HDR have excelled and ROC have done very little and things wont change.
Maybe get out of ROC and increase your exposure to Mauritania and even Guyane thru HDR.
Just my thoughts of course.
