Can't see KAH wanting to buy in at too high a price. They may pursue the game as Polo seem to have recently slowly accumulating as the time is right.
Very true that EXT has plenty of cash at the moment, but the accelerated drilling will get through the cash at some point, maybe a year in the future, EXT may see the need to raise extra funds and KAH will have ready funds.
That is assuming that EXT are going to be given the time to more fully drill there land holdings in order to maximise the resource estimate.
