I was once a SBW investor, @verce was the paramount of information and research, even getting a mention in one of their presentations.

However, I bailed early in the 20s, I didn’t like the communication coming from the company. I didn’t like they listed at a premium via another ASX endorsement of lax laws.

Too many of these companies the ASX sought out in Israel to obviously increase revenue and look after ASX shareholders are now somewhat not looking great for the investors of those individual recruited companies.

Do your research and see how many Israel companies are before Courts, suspended, been in a period of suspension or gone broke. It does not read well at all.

The ASX have a lot to answer too allowing these companies to list.
