    The "Perfect Storm" has little to do with Pensana, other than that Pensana is now in an almost identical position to that of Lynas just ten years ago ie we have a Major deposit of REE's and are well on the way to production. And as in 2011 China is again in a position to Inflate RE prices should they choose to. Back in 2011 LYC hit $28-30 with almost 1 Billion shares (we have just 200M), on a Nd Price around $200k.
