    Mining leases have nothing to do with environmental approval.
    The only connection here is the party that lodged the EPA appeal is the successful NT claimant.
    The relevance is the company has to negotiate with the NT claimant to obtain the mining leases. This was not the case in 2018 because the successful NT claim did not exist.
    Everything hangs on obtaining the leases and successfully negotiating with the NT holders. NAIF/Export credit etc will be contingent on obtaining all leases.
    One of you shareholders should seek clarification.
