I posted this over a week ago and I guess it re-iterates the point being made in the article you posted crazymark.


"I just wonder about the correctness of the Prime Minister's visit to Richard Pratt. There is no doubt that the man has been extremely generous to the Australian community (and also to Australian political parties)...but I am left with an uncomfortable feeling that white collar crime is tolerated when it should be condemned as strongly as so called "underbelly" crime is. Neither suspects or people convicted of white collar crime or thuggery crime should be getting visits from the Prime Minister of Australia regardless of their health or wealth...
And of course I wish Richard Pratt as much comfort at the moment that is humanely possible."
