Lupin results: Final cohort ( highest dose)

I had another look at the results and like very much what I see. I acknowledge and agree with what Pickem said earlier on another thread. I think it likely that the last cohort ( highest dose ) lifted the overall results compared with interim results ( lower dose cohorts) released last year. It has lifted the overall median survival by 2.6 months. If this is the case, the highest dose results, on their own, look very, very good with a median overall survival of around 22 months. Also, we know the doses in this trial are likely sub therapeutic. Double that maximum final dose of 1200mg is being trialled in other trials. This breakdown of the efficacy of different doses will be revealed at the conference.
