They'll hang on to the Tamiflu because out of date it still only drops in potency a few % ever year if stored properly.
Later when Tamiflu resistance meets H5N1 or H1N1/2009 (yes swine flu, get used to it) we can still use the Tamiflu and stuff the mad monk Tony Abbot with it, because he's the one that set the example, and showed the world, even Australia didn't want a Relenza stockpile.
