Refused to answer? He answered the question, he just didn't specify exactly when the patents needed to be renewed. He probably doesn't have these dates off the top of his head.
"How many years will it take for profits to pay for the current market cap?" What does this mean?
It isn't up to the management team to justify the market cap. They worry about running and growing the business, the market decides the market cap. He goes on to say he isn't worried about turning a profit in the short term, but they are focussed on growth, as they should be at this point in time.
