An advancing price on increasing volume is a good sign.
Finished on its high for the day.

Take a look at the buyer/seller ratio. Another positive sign.

All indicators very bullish and still without an announcement. This indicates to me that the funds want VCR as part of their portfolio irrespective of what announcements may be coming.

Any positive announcement now will be the icing on the cake.
