Sorry to see you go TEP. But hard to begrudge anyone realising a profit.

I was considering my exit as well, but after seeing the on market purchase I cannot help but hold a while longer. It is a very bullish signal from a very savvy investor.

I agree with you about the markets looking to be reaching some lofty valuations. Though with low rates, easy money and those taps not looking like turning off for some time it's very possible that conditions may persist for a while longer. The search for yield is as strong a thematic as any at the moment, and where else but equities (TINA) is a persistent issue.
