My post is not about piedmont, it is about Tesla. I believe they added an off-take agreement to Sayona's bid (The revised bid) and were trying to secure both at the same point in time. Piedmont failed to keep a lid on the news, or maybe the monitor for NAL had a leak, who knows, but the issue is that I believe Tesla is offering a direct off-take agreement to Sayona via the NAL bid.
