Simply put Piggybanks, the SPP can't be 7.5c as it doesn't meet ASIC guidelines. Best price at the moment would be around 2.5c I would think for the SPP. With time, obviously the SPP price can move up with the VWAP moving up. Only problem is, that the SPP can't be above the SP on the record date or have traded below the SP for a few weeks before the ann. regarding the SPP. (My basic understanding - happy to be corrected about the specifics). Therefore SPP at the moment will be around 2.5c if announced early next week and if announced in the next month, probably 4-5c.
Not sure where the 7.5c came from, unless the company doesn't know the rules regarding SPP's
