It is only small volumes being traded, I get the impression it is profit taking from retail investors. Rarely do you see big trades that would put a big dent in it. The cap raise price of 30 cents is the floor, lately it goes up 30%, down 30% back to 30 cents, rinse, repeat. Look at the price rise over twelve months, it's gone from 14 cents to here!
