As you've correctly stated, it's a matter of winning the vote first. If we can do that, then the plan will become a reality. If shareholders don't vote for the resolutions they are supporting the Indians and shooting themselves in the foot - not to mention their fellow shareholders.
With new directors, new management, new direction, re-capitalisation, BWN will be on a mission. $2 by year's end is conservative imo
