I dont see how 'hold' is a "very good signal"
Pattersons has downgraded this from a 'buy'. How can a downgrading be a "very good signal".
And i certainly cant see why you would "top up" after a 'hold' signal is given
Patersons had a valuation on this of 1.57 and a buy when this was a higher price. Its now 33c - commonsense says that if they still valued it at 1.57 it would still be a buy as their value is greater than the price.
In the eyes of Patersons, who were brokers for the last cap raising, something has changed for the worse - hence the downgrade.
