Grandlodge sold out of the chunk they bought a couple or months earlier for a cool $3mio profit.
I don't see it as selling out too early, rather just taking profit on a trading position they took - they still have a hard core holding of around 3.8mio shares, or 4.4%.
One factor you appear to have not included in their improved gearing level is the decision to not pay an interim dividend - this reduced debt by around $8mio.
Nonetheless, a remarkable re-assessment by the market as to a more realistic value for MCP.
