Yep the takeover offer is conditional on MAK acquiring 50.1%. However even so I am unsure whether any shares will be issued before the takeover offer expires on May 28.
Doesn't look good for MAK getting 90% acquisition at this stage, especially considering MAK stated that should they not get the 90% but over 50.1% they will start potentially start buying on market. This could give BON shareprice a bit of a push and encourage some to hold out for now.
