Check your Google map for location of the town and mine. Safe location. Many locals work at the mine. Opportunity to scale up production again and increase employment.
Why the sale? Opportunity knocked with cash and we are the beneficiaries. Owners most likely felt its time to retire after decades of ownership and hard work. Only the VRC Board knows the answer why they wanted out. One owner stayed on. So he did not want the cash.
Many of us shareholders are excited re the future.
