I'm a simpleton, so I'm not going to try and sound like I know anything about anything.
What I do see, is interest rates low for the next few years and house prices going up.
For that to occur, people are taking out bigger mortgages.
Eventually the interest rates will go up, and likely the banks will raise faster than the RBA.
