Hi Tanup, other than writing up the announcement there is not much else in the process that they actually need to do. The share registry should handle all the paperwork etc
They will end up paying 5% in fees or whatever a broker charges on the sophisticated placement for accepting a couple of cheques from big funds so paying the register the fees to manage a retail raising shouldn't be too much of an ask.
