I just re-read it again....
Are they trying to say that we will have 10,000 tonne right after the 2 years !?!? (12-18 months for 2,000 tonnes, which during that period it also commences 10,000 tonne build to be done by end of the 24 month period)
bloody good clarification if that's how it should be read.
Basically we are starting 10,000 tonne build not long after 2,000 tonne build.
