re: no licence, no approval, no performance. doome The VCR supporters are amazing. VCR is in a continual 10-month decline in shareprice. A few up days and all the blue sky comments are back. VCR is up because of an award and a grant or two. You do get that warm fuzzy feeling when you win an award, but it really does jack for the investor until the company starts turning some revenues. VCR has a long way to go before most investors get their money back.
VCR is a high-risk investment and the potential rewards and losses are great. Good luck to those banking on success but no need to make up rumours as to why VCR has risen, it's pretty obvious from the announcements.
Cheers
