Hind sight is always 20/20. The only thing that was going on at that point was the end of another extension was approaching on Sept. 30, 2020. But if you look at the numbers I posted earlier you will see clearly on the 23rd the volume went to 418000, the next day it went to 14000 and the next to 6000 so I don't think the 418000 on the 23rd was related to anticipated due date and success or the numbers would not have dropped after the 23rd.
