I should add that maybe lowering the funding costs is the price sensitive aspect of this announcement. Again, if you're a knowledgeable investor you'd already know that you get better terms the longer you have a proven history of being a viable business, but still it's positive to have it spelled out like this so everyone understands the positive implications on margins.
