I agree @chris1983. Zip is currently significantly undercapitalised compared to it major competitors in the US (Afterpay, Klarna and Affirm). A big raising off the back of the US roadshow designed to super-charge growth in the US makes a lot of sense, particularly now the SP is at a far healthier place.
