If they have this report already, surely it should have been released to the market. On 28 October they said it was being finalised. I wonder what the hold up is and why they need to do their own analysis as well...

I dont want to be negative but it's been over 3 months and now the prices are starting to lift on pure speculation. Which is pretty much where I bought in last time and got burned so I think it is a valid question.
