    I suppose with this 40% profit on a maximum of $5000 of SPP shares it is a $2000 gain. Don't forget the capital gain wiping 50% of your profit leaving you with $1000.

    Wait a year and the rewards I would hope should be a lot greater in my opinion with less capital gains tax.

    just my thoughts!
