I think the best outcome here for MSB with the FDA is it will ask MSB to do another trial.
In teerms of market reaction, the AFR reported that While one analyst called the news “a watershed moment not just for Mesoblast, but for the industry”, other market watchers were sceptical about the trial not meeting the primary endpoint, as well as the very late data release.
They needed the time to massage the bad news is my take.
