the continued unsubstantiated allegations by Starplus is concerning so I sent an email to the company this morning.

Here is the chairman's response:

Mike thankyou for your concern.

You are the second shareholder to make contact today about such misinformation.

My earlier response today to the previous enquiry was as follows;

Please be assured that no drilling results have beendelayed at any time.

The comments over the past months from"starplus" are considered by the Company to be highly defamatory andthe firm of Summers Legal have been instructed to pursue the individualresponsible for such postings.

Court Orders are presently being sought for the releasefrom HC as to the identity of the individual concerned.

Once the identity is revealed the Company will commencevigorous action to the full extent of the law.

The Company is of the opinion that the posts are not onlydefamatory but also designed to manipulate market sentiment and further actionis being considered in that regard.

Thank you for your concern and the Company shares yoursentiments.

Mike, I might also point out that the information disclosed by “starplus” is constantly inaccurate and without any basis of truth. For example, today's post that the Phase 1 drilling program was completed in October 2020 is incorrect.

The last hole of Phase 1 was MSRC 052 drilled on December 4, 2020. Not October as starplus misinforms. A total of 31 holes were drilled in Phase 1, and 13 results have been received and disclosed to the market to date with further results pending..
