I suggest you get your facts right before posting.

1. They haven't inoculated....they have vaccinated. (Use a dictionary and learn something useful.)

2. They have vaccinated less than 50% of their citizens - substantially less than "virtually all".

3. They are vaccinating their citizens in the "West Bank" - but not the "West Bank" Palestinians, who are NOT Israeli citizens.
