Modest investment is subjective. They are preparing you for an investment - not debating the need for it, it just sounds like to me that they're spinning tyres and need to invest and reinvigorate their approach to achieve any growth. My point being - this sounds like it's going to take some time to get some more runs on the board. So shareholders should manage their expectations and exposure accordingly. I take your point, I conflated modest investment with material growth. My bad.
